We specialise a variety of Chinese Flowering Green Tea produced from finest premium tea leaves grown on the slopes of South East China, where the mild climate, abundant rainfall and mountain mists are ideal conditions for tea growing.
The Green Tea used in our products is rich in anti-oxidants. It is available in its natural form, or with its flavour and aroma enhanced by being layered with blossom, such as Yulan or Jasmine, during the drying process. The Jasmine and Yulan tea is then individually vacuumed packed to preserve its natural flavours and its shelf life.
What is special about our tea is that it is hand woven into walnut sized bulbs and threaded with flower arrangements such as Jasmine, Lily, Marigold and Globe Amaranth. When a bulb is immersed in hot water, it unfurls into a spectacular floral display at the bottom of your glass or teapot.
It is a refreshing, healthy beverage, with wonderful flavour and aroma, and is a great item of interest. It is a visual delight, rich in holistic properties and is ideal for use in restaurants, at dinner parties, weddings and other special occasions, and for everyday use.
Once prepared, the tea can be topped up with water several times and unlike many other green teas does not get bitter when infused for a period of time.
